Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

  • 14 Days: You have 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to initiate a return or refund.
  • If your request exceeds this time frame, you will only be allowed up to a 50 percent partial refund.

Shipping

  • Your initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Phoenix DMA LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, you are required to provide a tracking number to Phoenix DMA LLC during your return process. If the tracking number is not provided and/or your package is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace your item or refund your order

Refund Process

  1. Submit Evidence: If your item is damaged or inoperable (and this is not due to your fault), please submit photo and/or video evidence to us.
  2. Review by Staff: Our staff will review the submitted evidence.
  3. Return Address: If the evidence is sufficient, we will provide you with a return address.
  4. Stock Confirmation: Once we confirm that the returned items are added back into our stock, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: Yes, customers can exchange a product with a new one by contacting us. Please follow the same process for returns and indicate that you wish to exchange the item.
