This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Phoenix DMA LLC (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Phoenix DMA LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures that customers receive products that meet the highest quality standards. If a defect is identified, customers can contact our support team for assistance, and we will promptly address the issue to ensure customer satisfaction. The warranty does not, however, cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

What will we do to correct problems?

Phoenix DMA LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance. This service is part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the reliability of our products.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Phoenix DMA LLC is:

KMbox-Net – 90 days from the date of purchase.

Arduino Bare Pre-Built – 7 Days from the date of purchase.

Model U 75T DMA Card – 90 days from the date of purchase.

Model C 35T DMA Card – 90 days from the date of purchase.

Godlike Mini Fuser HDMI/DP 4k – 180 days from the date of purchase.

Godlike GBOX Fuser HDMI/DP 4k – 180 days from the date of purchase.

Godlike Touch Fuser HDMI/DP 4k – 180 days from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by software, firmware, or any addition to the product that was not included in the original purchase whether it be digital or physical.
